In accordance with Broadcasting Regulatory Policy CRTC 2012-181 any costs incurred on or after March 26, 2012 in respect of participation in CRTC hearings related to broadcasting matters, can be included in a costs application to the BPF. This is the date that the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) approved the proposal to establish the BPF. Costs awards submissions should be processed within two to three months from the date a complete application is received..
