The Costs Officer is Michael Herot who is Senior Manager with Welch LLP. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) who graduated in 2014 from the University of Ottawa with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce. Since then, Michael has specialized in Government and related sector clients, fund administration and specialized audit and accounting engagements including compliance and recipient-based funding assurance engagements. Michael is fluently bilingual and able to work in either French or English.
